Future Plans
We, in the long-term basis, plan to focus to support the schools in the following areas where backing is imperative
Expansion of Reach
We aim to expand our reach and serve even more schools and children in need. By partnering with more communities and organizations, we will strive to ensure that no child goes to school on an empty stomach.
Enhanced Support
We will continue to provide support to schools by ensuring they have adequate infrastructure, technology integration, mental health services, extracurricular activities, and community engagement opportunities. Our goal is to create an environment where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
Holistic Approach
In addition to providing nutritious meals, we plan to expand our focus to include health and wellness initiatives. This will involve promoting physical fitness, mental health, and nutrition education to empower children with the knowledge and tools for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Strengthened Partnerships
We will actively seek collaborations with local businesses, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance the impact of our project. By working together, we can create a stronger support system for the children we serve.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to continuously improving our project by seeking feedback, conducting research, and implementing best practices. Our aim is to stay updated with the latest advancements in education, nutrition, and child development to provide the best possible support to the children in our care.
Our Achievements
Within the last year, the program has reached 38 schools, providing meals to over 10,500 students on a weekly basis.
The project has facilitated donations for educational purposes such as stationery packs and shoes for students entering Grade 11, stationery materials for teaching staff, and computer units for children’s information technology education.
